No refunds after payment for room holding. I will reschedule free of charge 13 days or fewer prior to your reservation any less and you are responsible for room charges.

DOGS: Room 4 ONLY. I will allow an preapproved spayed/neutered dog. Must be trained/socialized/friendly with people and cats (my cats are friendly and do come around) Pet fee extra $25 a day(starting 3rd day $10 a day) Must clean up after defecation. Never left in room alone NO barking, always to be on a 6ft leash and to not walk up to other guests. You will financially be responsible for any and all damages the animal causes (including flea eradication) .
HORSE CAMPING (No stallions): Round pen up to 3 get along horses or winter paddock with shelter for up to 3 get along horses. $15 a horse. Rent a room and it’s $10 a horse. If you want to sleep in your trailer $50 to park with full office accessibility till 10pm ( no office or any accommodations, just park your trailer $30 a night). Office Includes bathroom with sink and toilet. WiFi, tv with streaming channels. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee, water and snacks. Walking path, fire pits and picnic table.
No smoking in rooms or there will be a $200 deep clean fee plus you are subject to a $1200 fine by the state of Mn. You can smoke on patio please just be courteous of other guests
You agree to these terms upon check in. By signing up for stay you hereby agree to these rules and authorize Beach Mirage Suites to charge my credit card with the amount outstanding when you check out. You consent to this charge being made without signing the final invoice.
Kayaking: $30 ea. Plus tax, you transport them yourself. Copy of drivers license and signed liability waiver. Snake River or Knife Lake.
