On the grounds its quiet here. There is a mowed walking path up the hill and sitting areas up there. There is a game room with a pool table, ping pong and fooseball. I do have outdoor games like volley ball, bad mitten, horse shoes, corn hole, plenty of indoor games along with puzzles , adult coloring books, magazine. Mobile firepit for every room so you can move around the grounds and not sit next to strangers. I have a small and larger propane grills (larger grill you would need to bring propane) a good sized propane griddle for outdoor cooking.
Kayak rental. I will drop off and pick up at the the river or lake close by for a 2-4 hour rental. Includes kayak, ore, life jacket and a drink. You will be financially responsible if equipment sustains damage (minor under scratches on kayak from rocks not included). Fee is $40 a kayak or $30 a kayak to take yourself to the water.
Off grounds there is everything.
